-Rental period can be extended if necessary for an additional monthly fee
-Packages can be customized to suit any budget as needed
-We will start at the curb and walk through the entire home viewing the space with our “buyer’s eye”
-We will discuss first impressions, depersonalizing, decluttering, furniture editing & placement
-We will prepare a quote for hands on staging the home owners furniture and accessories and also include information on rental furniture and accessories to complete the look if needed
-A credit of $100 will be applied to any additional staging services purchased at the time of the consultation
